My yearly SPARK subscription is currently paused. I got the email with 2-year offer for yearly SPARK with the price of $99 Annual plan .

But when I try to redeem this offer, link takes me to my SPARK account, login >> OFFERS and says "There are currently no UAD Spark offers available for you. Check out which UAD plug-ins are on sale. "

FAQ about this offer states:

Who is eligible for this promotion?
  • Anyone who is new to UAD Spark.
  • Anyone who has already taken a trial or is currently in a UAD Spark trial.
  • Anyone who has paused or canceled their UAD Spark subscription plan.
  • Anyone who has a UAD Spark Monthly Plan.
So what's the catch? Any help with clarifying this, @UniversalAudio ?
