Hello,
I tried last week to upgrade to the Spark Birthday Deal ($99 yearly for the first two years) and when I did it, I got a red error message. The message went away but said something similar to "something went wrong". Now it shows that it will charge me $149 on 4/14. I was on the 3-month trial and the monthly plan before. My trial ends on 4/14.
I created support ticket 823697 on 4/4 but haven't heard back. I don't want it to charge me $149 since that's more than I can afford right now. $99 is pushing it but worth it.
Hoping there is a way to resolve this and get it corrected before it charges me! @UniversalAudio
