Spark Not Renewing After Trying all Suggestions

Hi there, I've noticed all over this form people having issues with Spark Renewing if something happens with your payment. I've gone through all suggestions, tried all the recommendations by UA, reset everything, Trying ILok changes, UAConnect, etc and It is still not working.

When I look it my UA Spark account, it says Active yet no payment has been made and nothing is working in UAConnect and none of the liscenses on my ILOk allow me to use the software. It still hasnt charged my credit card even though I know it is correct.

I've written UA Support 2 times now and both times got an automated email and although I tried connecting with UA, noone writes back.

Pretty brutal thus far and Im hoping someone from UA Monitors this so I can somehow find a way to get back to using the software. the online instructions are not the best, well, at least not for me.
