Spark plugins keep disconnecting

I am continually having to reactivate my sparks plugins - capital mastering and capital chambers - and they go out during sessions. I have to restart my computer and lose my setting. Also when I save my mixer settings it does not save the sparks plug in settings(saves the native settings) and I have to reset them each time I close the mixer and reopen it. I use samplitude pro 7. Wish these were available in native as I have no issues with those plugins.

Capital Mastering Compressor and Capital Chambers are both native only.

You might have better luck using an iLok USB dongle, although it sounds like more is going on.

Have similar problem , nothing like the usd2 experience: 100% reliable, uadX, maybe 50%.

I am almost surprised when they open.

got my jargon wrong. I went to the ilok and activated the 2 plugins and it kept my settings. Thought I did this when I bought them. I loaded the chambers plugin via apollo. Hopefully this works regularly.

Native plugins are still not holding my settings when reopening a project. I am saving the settings and having to load them each time. Wish these plugins were on apollo.

You have to buy uad2 versions. Ironically, if you buy uad2, you get uadX too. If you buy uadx, you don’t get uad2.

i think you do, at least for those who are available on both formats (which sadly, not all are by now since a a few of the latest were UADx only )
i have checked a few plugins at audiodeluxe and they all had this info "with both UAD Native and Apollo Realtime/UAD-2 versions included"

i havnt updated to the latest version of UAD-2 and UADx as there were some posts about plugins loosing their settings after the update. and we still have not the possibility to download legacy versions through UA connect to roll back if needed

if you don't own hardware you do not get uad2.

i have been running UAD 2 cards for a few years at least. The plugins on that never go to the default setting like the native ones are doing when I turn off the computer or switch mixer setups from recording to mixing. Today the native plugins held my settings when I turned on the computer.
