Sphere Lx Noise from rear cable

Hi! I recently purchase a Sphere Lx.
Since I connected the front and rear cable , a white noise coming for the rear cable (input 2).A have linked the two channels but only the one with the rear cable seems to cause the noise.When I just touch and press a little the rear cable seems to stop but just for a few seconds.Sometimes that noise going up.
Note: when i enable the pad , noise stops.

any thoughts?

I'd get with Support or your dealer to get a new cable.

Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
