Sphere Mic Collection plugin now says Demo

Hi,

I've had two UAD DLX microphones for several months now. I updated UA connect and UAD software to 11.2 this evening. I created a new project and I see I have the native versions of Sphere Mic Collection, but not the UAD-2 versions (it wants me to DEMO). So when I try to record and Luna has ARM enabled, it won't let me turn it on. How do I reauthorize my sphere mic collection (and 180) plugins for uad native?

I've tried to open UAD Meter & Control Panel and authorize plugins there, but no change.

If I go to my plugins at uaudio.com under my account, it shows 3 systems: AF Studios (my only system), System 2 (with zero plugins), and System 3 (has 4 plugins which include spehere and sphere 180 for uad2). Maybe that's the problem, but how do I move them and get rid of system 2 and system 3?

You'll need Support for this.

Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.
