Hi,
I've been adding some pizzacato basses to an orchestral recording I'm working on.
The UAD Spitfire Chamber Strings double basses are great, but very boomy and have a lot of the room reverb baked in.
I'm using C-Vox to dry it out a bit and that works fine.
But now I'd like to add a compressor to add a bit of clarity and attack to those basses.
Could someone please suggest a good one to start with?
(I'm not much good at hearing compression ...yet)
