Spitfire Chamber Strings Luna edition don't work

I´m new to LUNA (1.5.3) because I bought the Spitfire Chamber Strings Luna Edition (1.0.0) and wanted to use them.
My Mac is Ventura 13.5.1 and when I want to use the Strings, the editor window opens, but says "unable to initialize instrument".
Sometimes it also showed a "repair" status in UA Connect - but even after repairing, new installing (also Luna), restarting the computer, it still does not work.

Help is very appreciated.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try.

Same problem here, but with the demo. A bit of a problem, as I want to buy all 3 as a bundle.

I got my ticket ( request (#807417) on Feb. 1st. On Feb. 7th I was asked to send system information, screen shots, etc. which I did the same day.
Since then another long time of waiting.
Honestly not the most satisfying experience.
But I would be still grateful for some help or get a refund.

I can see the agent is investigating. If you want a refund, make a new ticket for that.

Done. I am in very much the same situation as the other poster, except I am trying to use the demo
