still pops and crackles with X2 under 4.1 ???

pops and crackles are reported under 4.0.
Is this still valid under 4.1. ?

I have an ASUS A8N SLI premium (nforce4) and a AMD 4400 X2.
Can anybody confirm, that UAD is now working without crackles ?

i have the nforce3 chipset and the situation has not changed a bit. im starting to get really pissed about it (not at UA but at the situation) too

Re: nForce 3, UA Brett Patrick told me no changes were made for v.4.1. It seems to be a tricky situation, as it should theoretically work fine already (according to him). :?

I just got a 4400 x2 and now my audio is totally garbled if I use a UAD plug.

that's the sucky thing with technology. you can NEVER predict if things will go together well or not.. i guess another argument for analog gear.. i hope UA does something about this soon...REAL soon! i pray!
