Studio Pak License Transfer Troubles

I just recently purchased a used Studio Pak card and plugs. The previous owner contacted UA as per their instructions and transfered all of the plug licenses. The owner says he had all the plug authorizations before he transfered them and there is no reason to doubt him.

The card shows up as registered and it is working, but no Studio Pak plugs.

The problem is that the Cambridge, Dreamverb, Fairchild, and Pultec-Pro
plug authorizations don't show up as authorized in the plugin list on My Systems account list.

When I open the registration text file that I downloaded, the plugin codes for the above plugs are not there.

I haven't had time to call UA yet. I'll call in a couple of days.

What have I missed?

Is there any history of plug authorizations not getting transfered correctly?

Just call UA. They will straighten it out.
