Support Not Responding: Plugins Redeemed with invalid email

Hi,

I've turned here for support as I've exhausted all the other options available to me with no success.

I purchased some of the UA plugins from Plugin Boutique and went to redeem them but misspelt my email - leading it to be an invalid address that is inaccessible (...@gmaail.com). I've contacted support from my account and have explained the situation in detail but I have yet to receive a response after a week.

It should be as simple as updating the account with the correct email address but every time I go to do so in the account settings it will not let me and gives me an error.

I hope someone from UA sees this and can assist as this has led to a lot of frustration after being very patient.
