Hey!
I’m in Europe and started putting together a travel setup. I purchased three plug-ins, 2 of which will not authorize and don’t appear in UA Connect or Control Panel. I’m wanting to run these natively btw.
I purchased the plug-ins almost two weeks ago now and all I got was one email. They told me to send them my UA profile but I haven’t heard anything back. Almost $100 in plug-ins that I need to use right now but can’t.
They show up as purchased plug-ins when I login on UA’s website and they show up in a folder in my computer but for some reason every time I try to “Authorize All-Plug-ins” they don’t ever authorize.
They also don’t show up in my iLok even though the other plugin (Fairlady) shows up fine like everywhere else.
I’m running the latest version of UA Connect, Console and control panel. And I’m running Ventura OS on my MacBook. My interface is the Apollo Twin X.
Any and all help appreciated!
Kindly,
Jesse Hampton
