The Console App won't start anymore

Hello

I'm using an Apollo Twin X thunderbolt and since yesterday the Console App won't start anymore, but the the UAD Meter & Controle panel app works fine.
I want to record my synth signal but because of this problem I can't hear and set the input level in the console to my DAW. I installed en reinstalled the latest version and followed all the security instructions for M1 Macs, but unfortunately this didn't solved the problem.
The strange thing is that when I play the synth I can hear the input signal into the UAD Twin, but I think that because the console won't start anymore I can't be route the signal into the DAW. When I play my productions from the DAW I can hear the output signal perfect on my headphone and speakers. So this issue is only related to the input signal and not functioning of the console app.
I'm using a MacBook Pro M1 with Ventura 13.6.1 and followed all the installation instructions for the M1 installation. I.m using the latest version 11.1.0 01-30-2024 build 171666
Is there a separate installation for the console app ore other solution for this bug/problem?

Did you try trashing preferences? https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051069691-UAD-Uninstall-Reinstall-Procedure-macOS

It doesn’t open at all (no app in menu bar) , or is it just the mixer window that doesn’t open. For the latter, sometimes temporarily changing screen resolution can get a “lost” window back on the visible desktop.
Yes, I tried everything that was advised also the trashing preferences and M1 installation instructions. Also the reset of the Twin X.

The console doesn’t open and not showing in the menu bar anymore.

Hello Joe,
So there’s no mixer and no small startup window showing anymore when starting the Twin X.

Do a full uninstall/delete all prefs/reinstall. Deleting prefs is important.

Hello,

I already made a support ticket, see 821860.
The full delete and install didn’t solve the issue.

I hope you have a solution like the separate Console software that I can install
