The console has disappeared on System 11.3

Hello.

After uninstalling and reinstalling system 11.3, the console no longer appears at all.
The long story of how this happened is explained below.
Firstly, after installing the System 11.3 update, the plug-in meters inserted into the console's analogue inputs stopped working.
The UAD hardware itself and the level meters on the console are fine for both inputs and monitors, but the meters for plug-ins inserted into the channels are not responding.
For example, neither the level meter nor the gain reduction meter on the SSL 4000 plug-in show any LEDs, even when a signal is coming into the microphone and the level meter on the console is responding.
The plug-in itself is functional, and when the input gain and dynamics parameters are manipulated, this is reflected in the sound and in the movement of the console's level meters. However, everything on the plug-in side remains unlit.
Also, looking at the MacOS dock and installation folder, there are two apps: 'Console' and 'UAD Console'; 'Console' is the one that starts automatically when the OS starts, and after a long bounce a dot appears in the Dock to indicate it is running, but the console panel is not displayed.
If I manually start the 'UAD Console', the same console panel appears as before, but there are the problems described above.

So I ran the uninstaller, removed the preferences and installed System 11.3 again. Then only the 'console' one was installed and the console was not displayed at all.

What should I do now? Does anyone know what to do?

When I click on the UA Diamond logo in the menu bar and select Console from the drop-down menu, the same console appears as before and the meters are working as before.
Does this mean that the way the console is displayed has changed? It used to be displayed with a Dock icon.
I am not sure if this is the correct behaviour or if the problem has been resolved, so I continue to seek advice.
