The plug-in editors on some plugs are too small to even use? Not in sizing, but actually opening/having access to the controls? pic included

Some plug-in open normally, and some only open into a little unusable block. What's up?
Hopefully I'm dumb and it's simple. I can't open it beyond what you see at the bottom, below the main screen. I can switch to plain editor mode, but still can't access the controls.

I haven't seen that myself. What actual resolution are you running?

Hmmmm that does seem to be an issue. 3 monitors at 4k, and I have a Slate Raven at 1080
