The return of the blur.

Well here we go again. I previously had a monthly Spark subscription and what would happen is about 5 days or so before the monthly renewal date my plugins would go blurry and unusable. Everything looked fine in the iLok license manager, but not working my DAW.
I went back and forth with tech support and there seemed to be no clear solution but suddenly they would start working again. This happened repeatedly and tech support got fed up with me.
Flash forward to Cyber Monday and I thought that if I got a yearly subscription, I wouldn't be dealing with the monthly renewal problems, so I signed up.
Everything was working fine until a few days ago, and it's back to the blur. The weird thing is, if I put for example, a reverb on a track, since default is 100% wet, I can hear the effect, but with the blur, no adjustment. So my authortizations are fine, (see screenshot) but the plugins are unusable. I've put the license on the cloud and on a physical iLok, but still not working. I have other iLok plugins that I've never had a problem with, only UAD, so I don't think it's an iLok issue with my computer. I've contacted support again, but 3 days later, no response. Any ideas for a solution?

Hi, did you solve the blurry issue? I have the same problem on my new Windows 11 computer
 
I'm beyond furious. UA did a software update today and it broke all my authorizations, I'm authorized through November 2024 and now THE BLUR IS BACK. I did all the wiping of my previous installation, re-downloaded, re-installed, re-authorized and all plugins are blurred out again and unsuable. Back and forth between UA connect, Ilok etc, all is looking good and in the green, but nothing works. This is absolutely ridiculous. Tech support emails take forever if at all and now I have no idea what to do. What an awful system.

What has support had you try so far?

If you haven't made a ticket:
Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”
