These cards have already been requested to transfer

I encountered an issue when registering for a second-hand device. Initially, I did not connect to Apollo X6 for the second-hand device addition. When I connected to X6, registered a new device again, and clicked Here to enter the machine number, it was prompted that the device had been requested for transfer. What should I do now?

Tip: These cards have already been requested to transfer

only customer service can help with transfers, so put in support ticket if not done already

@Neotrope looks like I'm struggling with a similar problem. I have bought a used Apollo Twin Thunderbolt after I had to send back a brand new Apollo Solo TB3 because my old MacBook Pro 2015 TB2 was not able to host that new Apollo despite having tried a hand full of adpaters. So I have this Apollo Twin TB2 now which perfectly connects to my old MacBook Pro, but since 3 days I am waiting for my device transfer to complete which got stalled since.

I have a live session tomorrow and really need the Apollo to run my plugins. I have a Double Quad UAD 2 Satellite system which works fine, but for live music I need my plugins to run latency free on the Apollo in ARM mode.

Yet Every time I choose the "Transfer used Hardware" option it says in a red info bar "These cards have already been requested to transfer". Since 72 hours the same message. No progress yet.

I have already opened a support ticket 826821 some days ago, but unfortunately it's magically silent in there and I am unable so far to reach any UA staff on the phone.

Please help a musician who loves recycling and please help us with our fabulous used UAudio hardware! It's a shame to have this awesome hardware laying around without being able to use it because we customers can't help ourselfs and the only option used hardware customers have seems to wait for the ultimate resolution of support tickets.

I don't work here, so cannot help in any way other than to say, UA support will get it sorted for you, if not done already. The hardware transfer process is a little bit involved as the hardware needs to be validated as not stolen, meaning original owner really did release it, and then the "associated" plugins that come with the hardware by default get deposited to your system one, or if duplicates, to system 2; and a real person has to manage actually making all that heppen. So, it's a little different than simply buying a used synth and "re registering" with a company to be able to get support or updates, due to the associated licensing which has to move to your account, iLok, etc. So be patient, and it will happen. Never plan a gig waiting on stuff like this, as you always need a plan B, as I'm sure you already know. :)
