Thought My UAD Friends Could Help With This...

Hello. I have an issue not related to UAD however thought the brilliant minds of this forum could help as I also use mostly UAD plug ins, etc. and value the knowledge I have gained here.

This has happened intermittently for a few months now all the time. Any plug in with a meter displays the opposite signal. For example, a snare signal will go up when there is no audible sound, then back down once the snare hits. This exists on busses, Stereo Out, anywhere a plug in with a meter can be inserted. I've changed buffers, disabled all plug ins, shut down, opened older sessions, etc. I thought maybe my sessions were too heavy and the problem remains in a new session with one track and one plug in. In this instance, the meter shows a sound/signal before there is audio or a waveform. Appreciate any help. Thank you.

@BobbyT

I do understand you are having a problem with Logic metering displays. Does this also happen when you disconnect your UAD hardware?

Thanks for writing. I haven't physically detached the hardware, but I set my output to various other devices, bypassing the Apollo. This issue in the hands of Apple's engineers at the moment.
