Transfer Plugins from one owner to another

I bought a used Volt 2 and I have not been able to install the plugins that were included with the product. The old user didn't use them because he had better versions, but I can't download them either despite being the first to try to use them...

Does anyone know what I could do?

You need to contact cs. The owner was supposed to transfer them to you, but cs can help.

Used Volts do not come with any software and the assets aren't transferable.

yes, those entitlements are meant for the original owner. Once claimed, they're theirs.
