Transferring \"Add On\" Plug Licenses

I own 4 cards and also the licenses for all the current plugs including the new Neve Comp.. My cards are 3 Project Packs and 1 Ultra Pack and I understand the plugs that come with the Project and Ultra Pack cards are transferrable with those specific units.. But what about the Roland Dimension D or the Space Echo or the Neve Eq? The \"Add On\" plugs as I call them.. Are they assigned to a specific Hardware ID at My UA? Say I wanted to pull one of the Project Packs to sell and offer it with one or more of the \"Add On\" plugs? Would they be transferrable? I can pick and choose which Add On I want to go with a Project Packs (or the Ultra for that matter)? Just wondering...

If I remember correctly you can sell without adon or with all adon, no inbetween and ofcourse you loose your licences.
