Trouble moving plugins from old Apollo to new one

I own an Apollo twin USB, I bought a second-hand Thunderbolt MKII. The plugins tied to my original wouldn't transfer to the MKII, so I submitted the original one for a transfer and that seemed to move over some, but not all of them.

Is there a way I can make the thunderbolt MKII hold all of my plugins so I could sell my original Twin USB?


I tried contacting support first, but it's been 10 days and some demos are already expired.
