Trouble recording bass through console in DAW

Hi!

I want to record bass through Arrow > console > Studio One but i'm encountering problems. My bass singal comes in through Input 3 MON L in Studio One. But also my system audio comes through on the same channel, as well as on inputs 5 and 6. When i record bass on input 3, the entire playback (all the guitars, drums and metronome) is being recorded on to the same track.

In MacOS MIDI settings i've choosen left and right channels to be virtual 1 and 2, like so:

What am i doing wrong?

You don't want to record MON as source. This is the mix of everything in Console. You'll want to set Studio One inputs to 1 and 2, which are the physical inputs of your Arrow.
