greetings you all, My name is zach.
first time posting on this forum so forgive my noobness.
I have been using my apollo twin mk11 for a minute now to record demos( vocal toplining)
until now I was using the mic input channel 1. Started noticing a lot of white noise, so I'm currently trying to use the channel 2 to record see if that solves the problem of lotta snow/whoite noise in me recording.
for context, My set up is a sm7b microphone connected through XLR in channel 1 of my apollo. Then out of my console into logic.
works perfectly except for snow/white noise
and so now trying to record through channel 2 of my apollo.
I can hear myself just fine in console, but it's just not coming out of the apollo and into logic
feels like I've tried everything
turn on/off the computer, the apollo, both start a new project in logic, etc etc
attached below a screen recording of what I'm talking about
any leads?
thank you

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the problem. After more digging, this definitely seems to be an apollo issue(for the white noise atleast)
any other leads? having to do with the apollo hardware specifically?
