Tube Replacement for MXL-V69ME

Need instructions on replacing the 12AT7 (ordered some Mullard NOS tubes) in my MXL-V69ME's...

I've removed the casing from one of the mic's and the chassis mount for the tube seems pretty complex...Any tips?
