Twin Apollo Usb - no sound from headphones or monitors

Hi All,

I'm having the above issue.
I've used the unit for 3 years.

I hear sound via usb from my pc into the headphones on the Apollo twin.

I hear sound from my analogue source when patching directly to my monitors or listening to the source from its headphone jack.

The channel meters show the audio coming from the analogue source, just no sound.

I've checked the monitor and headphone levels and they're high enough.
I've also maxed out volume on the source and adequate for line 1&2.

I've reset the unit.

Am I missing something obvious?
Is there anything else I should try?

Definitely they Apollo, tried the setup with a backup audio interface and had no problem.
I've had it less than 3 years from new, used in an amateur setup - that's pretty poor shelf-life.
