UA Connect and Luna reinstall?

Hi everyone
I was hoping for a more pleasant introduction. 🙂

Unfortunately I’m a new Apollo twin x duo user with a couple of problems.

Running a brand new iMac m3 16 GB Ram.

Followed all download instructions and got my device working Friday 1/12, downloaded Luna.

Everything was fine until yesterday when UA Connect couldn’t connect and Luna wouldn’t open.

I purchased a couple of amp plug-ins and looked for them in iLock and in the control panel.
None of the new downloads are showing.

No customer service available (bot only 🙄) so I searched the forums and UA website looking for a solution, which pointed me to removing UA Connect and Luna, which I did, and reinstalling UA Connect which isn’t launching and as a result I am unable to download Luna again.

Started a support ticket 802676 but looks like it will be a while before I get a reply.
Any assistance would be appreciated as I have spent many hours on this with no progress.

Try closing and opening your cloud session in iLok manager. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling iLok manager then reinstall via the latest installer from iLok.com. It’s best to set iLok manager to “managed” rather than “automatic” mode so you can move your licenses to the cloud or USB dongle manually.

Sweetwater support just got me back up and running.
(By screen share while I observed)

I’m brand new to the UA Apollo and Luna, and it’s a steep (for me) learning curve.
Every day is an educational experience.
Hopefully better days ahead.
