UA Connect ILok User ID

My iLok user ID is incorrect, but only in the UA Connect application. It is correct in ILok and on the audio site. I have tried in-install and re-install 8 times but it still picks up the wrong name. I have worked with massive computer systems for 30 (plus) years and think the problem is coming from the Universal audio side. tried install on ny laptop and wife's laptop. As soon as I put in my Universal Audio credentials, it puts the wrong iLok user ID in automatically. ticket (780352)

That's a strange one. Looks like you've done everything you can and opened a ticket with UA. If there's a simple fix we can tag @UniversalAudio and see if Drew is aware off one. I don't think I've seen this posted on the forum before, so I'm not sure!

It has been a week...no one has contacted me...ticket 780352...

p.s.,,I have a degree in math, electrical engineering and 35+ years experience on computer systems if you are looking to hire someone to help with support tickets from a system standpoint.
