UA Connect Won't Launch

Same issue here. Will not launch. Just spinning circle.

Seeing the issue now, Pace related.

But my Cloud session is working fine.

the iLok.com website is back up, at least. hopefully the license server will be very soon. at the moment, iLok License Manager is just spinning, trying to connect. Eventually it fails and the dialog says Online is unavailable. The irony is that in the bottom left of the iLok License Manager window they're advertising for their "Zero Downtime" service. :) That, of course, is to safeguard against broken iLok dongles; guess they never thought about their servers going down.

After iLok License Manager fails connecting online, I *can* see my physical iLok2 contents, which includes all UA Spark licenses - but those are all Cloud licenses. It's the Cloud bit that isn't working, as one cannot login to iLok License Manager with their servers down or unreachable.

UniversalAudio, what do you mean by "Cloud session is working fine"? Is there any work-around, or are we SOL until iLok servers come back?

I mean that while Pace is having an outage and it's impacting UAC, I am still able to use my plugins authorized by my open cloud session.

My UAC won't work. My Ilok won't work. I uninstalled ILOK, not I can't even re-install. That hangs too.

When I try to use any UADx plugs, says I have no license. LUNA won't even start.

"ZERODOWNTIME"...nice tag line.

I'm starting to remember something about planned ilok maintenance before I went away last week. Maybe that's something to do with it.
 
ILOK has problems and until everything is green in "status.ilok.com" I don't think we can do anything.

Since I can't open Ua Connect, I can't select cloud activation.

However, LUNA starts up and I can load Native Plugins.

I don't understand.

In addition to last week, there was another maintenance last night, it was last night from 11:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and then it worked fine.
In fact, it was scheduled for the 27th and they changed it to yesterday the 28th.
 
It's strange, I can't open UA Connect or ILOK license manager but I can open LUNA and all the plugins are active.

I don't have access to see the plugins but they are active here with the physical ILOK, if I disconnect it, the "License Missing" message appears and when I connect it again, it is active again.

In case it helps.
 
Can anyone check this?

Or is it just me?
