UA Console app not able to load uamix files and instead loading blank console

Unable to load any of my .uadmix files or the .uadio files into console.
System has run perfectly for 4 years and now it is refusing to load anything.
It also is having issue recognizing plugins although , that fixes with a restart .
here is the error message
"The specified Console session is incompatible with the active Apollo software. A new Console session was created instead."

Anyone seen this or have any idea what I could try to fix this ?

I believe that is the aftermath of the major upgrade to the UAD software last year, initially it tried to recall settings and failed miserably. This seems to be the ‘fix’. Without more details, hard to tell, as at my end, I only experienced the crash and burn original failure to load some of my sessions, and there was no warning dialog of any kind.

here is the system no longer recognizing purchased plugins.... had meter and control panel says the plugins are authorized on all dives., but the plugs are loading into console as demo

should I run these UAD utilities , all of them , only one ? how do I proceed successfully here ?

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

I did that already. its a copy of this ticket and I haven't received a response
Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.
