I am supposed to have a folder in my Users account that needs to be deleted. I am unable to locate the folder. I need a full uninstall because I am getting an error messagethat says my license code has already been used when I try to install the Marshall Amp packckage at SoftTube. I have Windows 11 Pro installed on a Dell Desktop

Can you specify what folder you're looking for? It might be hidden by default.
Yes I think it is hidden, but when I try to view it using %appdata% I get a list of about 300 folder. About 60 of them are named "appdata", but they are all empty. I am running Windows 11 Pro. I think those hidden files may be harder to find than in the home edition.

If you've unhidden the hidden folders, you should be able to find it at C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData. Let me know if that helps.
?? %appdata% unhises the files. So then I have a lot of empty folders. If my post that you replied to is not clear I am not sure how to explain it to you.
The software for the Marshall Amp was included in a software package I got when I purchased the Volt1. I get the software installed, but when I try to activate it I get a message that the license has already been used. If I uninstall and reinstall, then all of the components of the software are installed. An earlier archived post on this subject told me that there is a hidden folder in the users directory that needs to be deleted. So my software is fully installed, but when I try to activate any of the packages I get the error message.

Are you talking about the Softube Marshall Plexi Classic Amp you can redeem in UA Connect? I think so. I get the same message when I try to use the code, because I have already used the license.
1. Make sure you don't already have it licensed. Log in to softube.com and look for it under My Account. If it's there, you have it.
2. Install or re-install the software using Softube Central app. The app is linked at the top of the My Products page at softube.com.

Thanks for this post. I do have that license (showing as pending) and it looks like I just have one more step. But my problem now is that the graphics card went out in my computer. So I will have to get a card before I finish this.. Hopefully sometime next week.
