uad-1 ultra pak best price? where to buy?

So who has been deemed to have the best price on an ultra-pak? Everything I see say $1199usd...is that what i should expect to pay everywhere?

This will my first uad....super pumped.....glad to get rid of the poco element that i never use

Checkout http://www.jrrshop.com for your UAD-1 needs. As a UAD-1 forum member you get an additional 10% discount. Eric Dahlberg (Uncle E) is the owner and has been an active forum member, for years. He also uses the UAD-1 himself so he know's what he talking about. You may want to wait a day or so, because their website is down, as they switch over to larger and more powerful servers to handle the volume of business they are doing.

Check out Full Compass. You'll have to call to get a price. Their number can be found on http://www.fullcompass.com don't call the Full Compass Express number but the normal one. Also http://www.altomusic.com is another good source for good prices. You have to get an email qoute with them.
