Hey all, having a weird issue today and I wanted to see if anyone saw this before I opened a support case.
I had to rebuild my Mac yesterday, and I had to do it with Sonoma. I installed all my other plug-ins, and then save the UAD installer to the end. When I installed the UAD software, I noticed it was only installing the console app in the folder in the applications folder. Also, when I rebooted, I did not see the prompt in the security settings panel to allow the UAD software.
After a few series of installations and removals, I decided to install 10.2.5, instead which worked as it should have. When I try to install version 11 on top of it, I noticed that it again removed all apps, except Console from the applications folder and it seemed to remove the driver as well.
As soon as I get back to my office this afternoon, I’m going to remove everything again and start with 10.2.5.
Anyone see anything like this before? It’s a 2020 iMac 2020, by the way…
