UAD Connect keeps stopping during Waterfall Rotary updates...

Very frustrating.

Tried updating all the updateable things in my UAD Connect "page".

All went well with three of the four updates, but after the waterfall rotary update appears to download, it gets to "moving" and then cancels the update.

Tried this multiple times, finally going to the help page, which isn't very helpful (a human would be really nice there to chat with).

Anyone have any idea???

And yes, I've restarted my computer... Multiple times! as well...

try changing your DNS from your ISP to Google or Cloudflare, also if needed, update ilok app manually...this helped on one of our boxes

I'm barely a computer guy of any sort, so I'm really clueless as to what you are suggesting. I'm familiar with the terms, just not the execution therein.- just trying to keep my gear up to date to record. I finally did sent a ticket through to UAD's, so we'll see what that yields. Just means that until this gets resolved, I don't have a rotary speaker now... Bummer.
