Hi all. I am completely new to the world of UA. I recently purchased a Quad pcie card which comes with the analog bundle. last week I purchase an Studio bundle upgrade, before this I purchased LA2A on special offer. I go to the UAD control panel hit authorize but the studio bundle plugins do not become authorized. In my UA account -> My Ua Hardware I have System 1, my UAD pedal and then System 2. Obviously no plugins associated with system 1 (pedal), system 2 has all of the bundled plugins. I created a ticket last week but have had nothing back from UA support. Would it be an install location issue? Can anyone here help me understand what's going on? Thank you all in advance.
