Uad Manager not opening in window 11

Hi, i tried uninstalling installing Uad App Manager. Its always work first time n then after that never open again unless i repeat uninstall n installing.
UAD vsts are quite expensive. But with this you cant work with them.
Anyone had same problem their

I tried still same no opening its show open in task manager but no window pop up. Once in end task in task manager its come up.
Dont know thing behind it.

Are you guys deleting the preference files after uninstall?
