UAD Mixer Console not initiating to Apollo Silver after UAD Version 11 update

Hey all,

Can anyone offer help please. I updated to UAD Version 11 for Windows and now the UAD Mixer does not connect to UAD hardware.

Hardware is working as I do have sound output however once my PC boots, I cannot get any audio signal from inputs due to the mixer console not connecting. I can see all the DSP info so it's connected via Firewire fine. but When I go into settings it looks offline as I cannot control or rename etc... says device has to be online to update name.

I've also noticed that plugins are disabled as well now such as Roland Delay etc.. but only in the mixer console

support ticket raised #791616 @UniversalAudio Is there anything that can be suggested in the mean time please?

Very irritating!

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.

They're also quite backed up, so it'll likely be longer. Thanks for your patience.

Having the same experience here.
There are so many people having this issue. UAD really need to post something soon. also something tells me that their QA process is lacking before releasing such a big update. I've had to go back to 10.2 great!

Yep it's a bit of a miss unfortunately. Crappy time of year to be pushing a critical bug fix through too. I've tried downgrading my software with a complete re-install, but it's nuked it for me. Completely without a studio at the moment :(

that sucks dude! sorry to hear that. make sure you raise a support ticket. the more they get about this issue they will have to push it up the priority queue one would hope (Not assume)

I would check the FW drivers.
The tweaky nature of having to change FW drivers for certain situations is why I stopped using FW on Windows 10.
Nope. It's a V11 Software bug which UAD says they will fix in a future software update.. So I'll have to live with it or Buy a TB3 card.. I won't be doing the latter

I've performed a clean uninstall and reinstall of the new version and am still having issues with plugins. device code -109. I have updated my ticket.

Please help, as I've been without a studio for weeks now. @UniversalAudio
