UAD online support q

Hello all

2 or 3 days ago I installed my 2nd card. What with the Triple Play thing and having $50 already for buying plugins previously, it made sense. However, after registering my new card, the triple play $50 (I swear I am not reading it wrongly) hasn't shown up alongside the other $50.

So I emailed them fairly soon after, and now haven't heard from them. That's at least 2 days ago, but on the 1 occasion I mailed them before they were very quick.

Does anybody know if something's up, or are they all busy with the new plugs do you think? I only ask as I need the plate140 for my current mix and the demo has died. Obviously I'd rather have the extra $50 off, but I need it asap really.

Just mail them again... whenever an answer was late, they even apologized (while other companies don't even consider a reply it seems...) Surely they're busy with the new killer dsp \/

Whoops - forgot to say that they did finally get in touch.

I was being an idiot, not differentiating between the voucher and the coupon - I'm just not used to people giving me things!
