UAD plugins don't show up in Luna, UADx plugins do

Now this is interesting...I haven't opened up Luna in months, but I noticed that there was a recent minor update to Luna (V 1.5.5.3477) so I updated. Thinking I would just check if anything interesting was new, and there certainly was...

I discovered that Luna no longer recognized any of my UAD plugins..they didn't show up in the left side dropdown list of plugins at all. Opening up old sessions with UAD plugins had them all in red, claiming they were not installed.. Oddly enough, all my UADx native plugins were present and accounted for.

I then checked my primary and secondary DAWS (Reaper, Logic) and all the UAD plugins were present and available with no problems.

If I was currently using Luna this would obviously be a big deal...now just a curiosity, albeit an ironic one.

In any event, does anyone have any idea as to why this would happen and/or possible fixes?

What version of UAD?

LUNA 1.6 will be released today

OK..I restarted..still no plugins in Luna...but they're in all my other DAWs...looks like Luna does not like being ignored...

I guess I'll open a support ticket and get back in another 6 months..

Did you do the UAD uninstall? And is your UAD device connected?

IME, after installs and downloads - quitting everything, then a hard re-start (apollos, computer, applications) - solves a lot of issues.
