UAD plugins on Logic 10.8 Error

Hello Guys,
I have this kind of issue everytime I try to load Logic.
With UAD plugins activated I get the error but without them - Logic runs smoothly.
Does someone have a proper solution? (excluding running in Rosetta mode)

Thank you!

While verifying Audio Unit compatibility, Logic Pro encountered 11 Audio Unit plug-in(s) which did not pass the Apple AU validation. These plug-ins have been excluded from further usage in Logic Pro to prevent possible problems or crashes.
You can start the Plug-In Manager now to review the validation results or continue the startup process.

If you haven't already rebooted your Mac, do that first. If that doesn't fix it....

When I ran into something like this before, I solved the problem by resetting the Logic Pro plug-ins cache. Maybe it will help you.

It's supposed to be fixed in the latest macOS 14.4.1... you (might wanna update Logic to 10.8.1 as well)

Universal Audio posted it on their Facebook page...

Do you know this for sure?
There's no detail about this update...
Are you on an M2 or M3 Mac? If so, the OS update might fix the problem. I use two M1's and both of them are running 14.4.1 without issue.
