UAD reg page wont open after restarting

i7 10875h 2.30ghz 16ram capacity

So i own this Apollo twin usb that i bought online long ago, been using it with the legacy stuff it came with but never registered the device. And now trying it im stuck on this Read Install and Restart page, i uninstalled ad re installed the software, restarted turning on off the apollo, also never tunring it off. I know the setup its okay beacuse i been using uad console since forever. but i cant get to completly register it.

If anyone can share a trick id be gratefull, been reading that a lot of ppl also got this same problem but i cant get any soultion
