UAD Support Issue

Hello! First timer here.
I'll get to the point:
I have waited three days to get some help with an issue I have. In the interim, I have lost three days of productivity. I installed a used PCIE card and, although it is recognized by my computer and the UAD Meter and Control Panel, half of my plugins no longer have licenses. I did the installation to the letter, but it seems that I can't get past a certain point in the registration process on the UAD website once I reinstall the software. It does not redirect me to the "Personalize" page and, therefore cannot finalize the process. I can't work on my session now because I'm using some of my formerly licensed plugins on it. I understand this is a busy time of year, but three days!

hey,

to get some things clear, the pcie card you have bought used is not listed in one of your systems yet, right?
you will see this on your uaudio account in "my hardware"
if its not listed there, the seller of the card did not the transfer yet or the transfer is still pending.

what i would do now: remove the pcie card again from your computer, and then authorise again your current system via the UAD Meter & Control Panel, then you should be back into working conditions as previously

then get in contact again with the seller and ask about the tranfer of ownership to your account

Thank you so much for your response!
I talked to the seller and he tells me that it says “transfer pending” on his end.
What, past the obvious, does that mean? How long does such a thing take?
Thank you again for your help! I will uninstall for the time being until the transfer goes through.
