Hey all, new user to UAD hard/software here…
About 5 days ago I purchased Autotune X from the official UAD site to use for my live set. I’ve used console before, but took it as a beginner mistake when I couldn’t get my newly bought plugin to load on console. Of course I tried to authorize plugin, reset device and computer and still no results.
At this point I went to find a UA support agent. Had to chat with the bot for a bit and I was given an option to create a ticket, in which a UA agent is meant to reach out to me over email. It has been a full 5 days without a single reach out. I thiught this might have been a mistake so I checked my spam after the first full day. Still it’s been five full days, I’ve checked my spam, made sure I gave the correct email, and since then I’ve opened up multiple tickets for support all to no avail.
To say I’m disappointed in the UA team is barely scratching the surface as I purchased this plugin through their site and I haven’t had any support at all. At this point I don’t know where else to turn so I’m coming here to see if I missed a memo and the UA Team is on vacation or just no longer exists?
Any support is appreciated & please pardon my bothered wordy post lol.
