"UAD_11_3_0_172888.pkg can’t be installed because its digital signature is not trusted" – ?

I just tried to install this update through UA Connect:

When I click the Install button, I get this error message:

Any suggestions what to do?

I got that message too.
I'm gonna try again tomorrow.
iLok had a meltdown today and it may just be something residual related to that.

One solution would be to download the update from the UAD website.

To delete the update that UA Connect has downloaded, go to this folder:

~Library/Application Support/Universal Audio/workspace/temp/ua_cloud_helper/stage

is it worth to open the package by itself instead of installing in ua connect?

11.3 has the old Console still.

11.4 does not.

Not sure what your exact issue is.

Hi, I have tried to install the UAD software many times from UA connect but I have been facing the same issues said pkg can't be trusted because its digital signature is not trusted. I have already tried downloading the UAD download that you guys post. My MacOS is Sonoma version 14.5

I opened the ticket with a different issue but ended up deleting all software and replied explaining this one in detail.
Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.

You're at 36hrs right now
