I have been trying to get in contact with UAD Spark support over a month now because I keep getting charged for two different amounts of money for just 1 active spark subscription. This has been happening for the past 3 months and I have evidence of it.
My support tickets have been closed without any attempt at a resolution and they keep telling me to open another one or to call them on the phone. I called and it just tells you to make a ticket online and it hangs up. I tried calling every other department available and it leads to dropped calls.
I'm seriously considering taking legal action if my issue is not resolved properly, this is clearly corporate malpractice. I have evidence of trying to reach out on multiple occasions and from all possible forms of communication.
