UAD's Customer Support is non existent

I have been trying to get in contact with UAD Spark support over a month now because I keep getting charged for two different amounts of money for just 1 active spark subscription. This has been happening for the past 3 months and I have evidence of it.

My support tickets have been closed without any attempt at a resolution and they keep telling me to open another one or to call them on the phone. I called and it just tells you to make a ticket online and it hangs up. I tried calling every other department available and it leads to dropped calls.

I'm seriously considering taking legal action if my issue is not resolved properly, this is clearly corporate malpractice. I have evidence of trying to reach out on multiple occasions and from all possible forms of communication.

UA Support has become extremely frustrating and slow. You used to get responses quickly, and could even reach support on the phone. As they’ve released more products like their pedal line and UAD Spark, their customer base has grown substantially. Unfortunately Universal Audio is unwilling to hire additional support for the added influx they’ve seen. Bad move on their behalf. Do better!
