UAFX 1176 parallel mode improvement suggested

Hello all, it's my first post here.. I love my new 1176 pedal, and except for my general hatred of top-mounted power jacks that get in the way of top-mounted I/O jacks, I only have one complaint (a request for a firmware update); when using the parallel compression mode I'd like the OUTPUT/MIX control to gain compensate throughout its range instead of just adding the compressed signal to the dry signal; currently the resulting output is way too loud when mixing in any significant amount of compressed signal and totally messes up the gain staging downstream. Any thoughts?

I don't think it could do that as it's an analog output. It would have to be a dual-ganged pot to consistently gain compensate.
