UAFX bass amp?

I just throw a bottle in the forum ocean.
I wonder if UA plans to release a UAFX bass amp simulation. I record some bass into the Woodrow with the Bassman cab, and it sounds fantastic on some styles.
An Ampeg UAFX would be a fantastic release.

No doubt, Julien. Bet many people have been waiting for this. If / when it does come out, surely it will have a switch for both B-series amps and an SVT?

25 years I mess with recording, it's the first time I really enjoy with a guitar amp simulation. So realistic. I wish they release the same for bass amp.

Yep, this is sorely missing. DI's are great, but sometimes you just want to blend in the sound of an amp and speaker cone.

B-2 or B-22, that way it can be used for either guitar or bass (plus has spring reverb). UA can borrow mine to model.

Agreed. Woodrow is excellent and the variety of cabinets makes it useful for many applications.

Just buy the Origin Effects Bassrigs. They sound great, have no latency due to a 100% analogue signal path and are in the same price range as UAFX pedals. On top true WYSIWG interface and no app and firmware update bug distractions. Can recommend. Especially the 64 Black Panel.

I’ll check it out. Looks like a $100 more than UAD amp pedals. Origin makes good stuff

Just this eveing I lent my hardware unit to a colleague who I know is going to love it ... and then buy his own.
However I can just carry on using the Tonex Plugin with the Apollo ... genuinely groundbreaking ... probably enough to be called disruptive.
