Unable to cancel transfer and re-register Satellite to my account.

Hello and thanks for helping; I put in a support ticket a few days ago to cancel a hardware deregistration and re-register the hardware, a UAD-2 Satellite Octo. Have not received any response yet, and I am operating on demo mode for the moment. Maybe someone here can get the ticket to the right customer service representative? Ticket #801263 thanks!
