Unable to Download Ravel and Electra 88

New to UAD and loving the hardware and software. A bit of a learning curve but all and all a great investment.

I purchased the Producers Bundle and I'm able to download everything in this pack except these two plug-ins; Ravel Grand Piano and the Electra 88 Vintage Keys. Anybody else having this same issue or has gone through it with an opinion on how to finish the downloads?

These two plug-ins are two of the main reasons (among others) to purchase the bundle. They are the two biggest plug-ins at 8.4Gb and 9.6Gb but I have the room on my computer. Not sure what the issue is or where to start.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
