Unable to install Studer A800 Demo... Need help

New member here. I own a few UAD native plugins and am demoing a couple as we speak. However, every time i try to "start demo" for the Studer A800, i click it, it looks like its thinking, then the start demo just reappears blue again. Im on a Mac using Ventura. Other demos installed without issue. Any help here is appreciated! I have tried deleting and reinstalling UA connect.

Welcome! You've tried most of what I'd recommend. Sign out and then back in to UAC. Any change?

Check iLok License Manager, it might be there waiting to be manually activated.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

I appreciate the reply, just checked and its not in my Ilok manager. Ill hit up help and see what they can do for me.

I'm having an issue installing the Studer A800 as well. I purchased the Signature bundle today. Everything else installed and activated fine. This one only shows "Demo Available" and won't install. It is not appearing in my iLok account.

I've dropped a note to support, but it seems like there is something amiss with the install process for this one. Thanks.

Same issue as Pros. All others installed as expected but Studer won't install and just says demo available for signature bundle owners.

I wrote in to UAD and they directly deposited Studer into my account. However, they didnt acknowledge what the problem was and whether they were actively trying to fix it.

I wrote to support (I believe using the link that is in the UA Connect application). I heard back from them within 24 hours and they fixed the issue with my account. It doesn't seem like a simple re-boot or reinstall alone is going to fix it for you, there is a glitch with the accounts on UA's end.
