Unable to record on Macmini (OS Sonoma 14.4) with Volt 276 M2Pro chip

I am using Volt 276 I just bought a new Mac and tried to do a new Mac recording,
The DAW software recognizes the Volt, but I am unable to record audio. (I have checked the I/O settings, etc. and have direct monitoring on the unit.)
I am using Studio One 6.5 as my DAW,
I have the same situation with Garage Band.
The boot security mode on the Mac has been changed to "Reduced Security".
I have been able to confirm that the microphone audio is being input to the Mac via the voice chat tool, so I am having trouble figuring out where the problem is.
Please let me know if anyone else has had a similar situation and was able to solve it.

In the Menu bar, try turning off Mic Isolation.
